Erin & Ryan
Imagine meeting your future wife in nursery... that's exactly how Erin & Ryan's story started.
Fast forward a few years and they found themselves saying "I Do" at Saltmarshe Hall surrounded by family, friends and plenty of laughter.
The day began with Erin getting ready alongside her bridal team, with TNW Bridal, Victoria Seniour and soon-to-be mother-in-law Theressa Abba creating the perfect start to the morning.
“If your dress isn't dirty, did you really have fun?”
With rain pouring and the wind doing its best to steal the show, Erin never stopped smiling. They shared private vows before walking themselves down the aisle — one of the most emotional moments of the day.
After the ceremony we dodged showers, explored the walled gardens and then the sun finally made an appearance, so out we ran for portraits.
Then came the moment nobody expected — Erin climbed a wall in her wedding dress and absolutely smashed it.
The evening finished with DJ Scott packing the dance floor, guests going wild, and a surprise haircut from Theressa that Ryan somehow didn’t even clock.

Saltmarshe Hall has everything I look for as a wedding photographer. Beautiful natural light, elegant interiors, incredible gardens and loads of little hidden spots that make every wedding feel completely unique.
Whether it's sunshine across the lawns or rain forcing us to get creative, this venue always delivers stunning photographs without couples needing to disappear for hours.
The walled gardens, grand staircase, veranda and surrounding grounds all offer something different throughout the day, meaning your gallery feels varied, natural and full of genuine moments.
Every time I return I find another location I've never used before, which keeps every Saltmarshe Hall wedding looking completely unique.

Can we have photos in the gardens?
Absolutely. The gardens, veranda and grounds are some of the best portrait locations in East Yorkshire.
What if it rains?
Not a problem. Saltmarshe Hall has beautiful indoor locations and covered areas, so you'll still have an amazing gallery.
How long should we allow for portraits?
Usually around 20 minutes split across the day is plenty, meaning you spend more time enjoying your wedding.
Do you know the venue well?
Yes. Having photographed multiple weddings here I know the best light, portrait spots and timings throughout the day.
Do we receive black & white images?
Yes. Every edited image is delivered in colour and then again in black & white at no extra cost.
